In such cases, you have the following options: (a.) Refund: We will gladly issue a refund for the faulty product. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. or (b.) Replacement: Alternatively, we can arrange for a replacement of the faulty product at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Part Number: If an incorrect part number is ordered and you receive the product accordingly, we cannot offer a refund. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.
