NOx reducer

MOTUL AdBlue® is a high-quality aqueous solution composed of 32.5% urea and formulated in accordance with ISO 22241 norm.
MOTUL AdBlue® acts as a NOx reducer allowing the transformation of the majority of nitrogen oxides into harmless water vapor and nitrogen, and thus to respect the values of exhaust gas emissions, in particular for Diesel engines meeting the standards Euro 4, 5 and/or 6. These vehicles are fitted with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) systems to treat the NOx using the AdBlue® additive or also called “Diesel Exhaust Fluid”.
Recommended only for passenger cars equipped with Diesel engine with SCR and AdBlue® tank.
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and follow the filling procedure as described in the maintenance manual.
A perfectly maintained SCR is a necessary condition for the proper functioning of the engine. By ensuring the correct interaction of the SCR with a high quality AdBlue® liquid meeting the ISO 22241 standard, MOTUL AdBlue® allows:
• Optimal efficiency of the SCR
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the SCR
• Increased reliability

Using MOTUL AdBlue® will ensure you:
• Preservation of engine and post-treatment system performance
• Better driving pleasure
• Reduction of pollutants emissions

How to use?

Pour MOTUL AdBlue® directly into the AdBlue® tank, following the manufacturer's instructions in order to fill up with AdBlue®.
Regular use of MOTUL AdBlue® allows the proper functioning of the SCR and avoids costly repairs, for a longer life of the exhaust gas aftertreatment system.
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and follow the filling procedure as described in the maintenance manual.
